Monday - Thursday	8 AM - 5 PM
Friday	7 AM - 3 PM

Scheduling

We will make every effort to schedule your appointment at a time convenient to you.  If you have an emergency situation AZ Max will make the best effort to see you that same day.

Consultations are generally scheduled Monday through Thursday during the afternoon.  Surgeries are generally scheduled Monday through Thursday from 8 am to 11 am and Friday from 7 am to 2 pm.

Because AZ Max is a surgical facility, unforeseen circumstances may cause schedule delays.  We truly appreciate your understanding and patience and will always do our best to see you promptly.  If there is an extended wait, we will let you know when you check-in for your appointment.
