We work very closely with your dentist and his/her staff at all times during your treatment to ensure the best outcome for your individual needs, taking into consideration your health history, treatment goals, and other factors that need to be carefully communicated at all times. And, unlike an implant supercenter, your general dentist and AZ Max will provide any and all follow-up care for your implants once treatment is complete.

At your consultation, a personal implant treatment coordinator will answer questions you may have about dental implants and the treatment process in general, as well as discussing any dental implant coverage your insurance may provide. You will also meet with a doctor who will answer any additional questions you may have, and discuss with you all available treatment options in consideration of your health history, communication with your general dentist about treatment goals, and your personal desires for treatment.
