Practice History

At AZ Max, since first opening in 1994, we have strived to excel in the science and art of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.  While having four doctors as part of an oral surgery practice may not be common, we feel that there is tremendous value to our patients in having the depth of experience and consistency in excellence that is offered by each doctor in this practice.  Having partners to share ideas and operate with is beneficial and truly unique for our patients, and we believe it is the only way to practice. 

Working as part of a group allows us to treat our patients efficiently – we nearly always see a patient with an emergency that same day.  For every patient seeking help this means there is always a concerned doctor on call 24/7.  You can expect to receive excellent treatment in the same caring manner by any of the four doctors.  The partnership that exists at AZ Max allows us to use our different strengths and combine our talents to provide the best patient care available, consulting with one another about more complex cases and receiving input about how to best treat a patient.  In short, by coming to AZ Max an individual can get a second, third, or fourth opinion without ever going to another practice.
